On Friday June 9th, Josh Levine will take the stage at IRCE 2017 with Brian Moore, Creative Director at Bose. This year, the annual ecommerce industry event, which is in its 13th year, will return to Chicago and will revolve around the rapidly changing nature of the ecommerce industry, with a focus on what retailers can do to keep pace.
In their session How Have Retail Website Designs Changed—And What Changes Are Next?, Levine and Moore will discuss the evolving landscape of retail web design, and what they see as the emerging trends that will continue to shape the industry going forward.
“As a creative professional who has been working in ecommerce for a long time, it’s been amazing to see some of the huge steps forward the industry has taken just in the last 2 years,” said Levine. “It’s an exciting time to be both a designer and a customer, and I’m looking forward to sharing the stage with Brian to talk about what we think the future has in store.”
Brian Moore, who joined Bose in 2011 to lead the creative for the industry-leading headphone and speaker brand’s website, social media and online advertising, has been a part of a variety of successful cutting-edge campaigns and site redesigns. Moore will be talking about what he has learned at Bose and throughout his 20 years working in advertising and user-experience design.
“Customers are at the core of every experience we create at Bose, from products to communications. It’s an exciting challenge to continually develop new and engaging site experiences that allow our customers to learn about our brand and products. We strive to meet and exceed their expectations and it impacts everything from how we’re integrating omnichannel connections to elevating our product and lifestyle photography,” said Moore.
The structure of the conference agenda provides for attendees to choose between various tracks to follow throughout the four-day event, including Design & Usability, Amazon & Me, Direct to Consumer, Ecommerce Technology and others. Levine’s and Moore’s session is a part of the Design & Usability track and will take place on the final day of the conference, Friday, June 9th at 8:45 am.
Levine has appeared as a featured speaker at IRCE events 6 times since 2009, most recently in 2015, when he discussed 20 tips to improve sales on your ecommerce site.
