With our feet fully planted in the new year, we are pleased to announce that our customer experience predictions for 2018 are now live. While last year our predictions were all about reinvention, robotics, and the more playful opportunities presented by AI, AR, VR, perhaps having internalized some of the chaos and uncertainty of 2017 (and admittedly having watched too much Black Mirror), this year’s predictions tend toward the dystopian, envisaging battling armies of Googlites and Amazonites, robotic journalists breaking news stories at a lightning speed clip, and a new world order fearlessly led forward by the Frightful Five. There’s some fun stuff in there too!
