Christina Goldschmidt to Talk MegaTrends & Emerging Risk at SVIA’s InsurTech Fusion 2018

Goldschmidt will discuss the gig economy, shifting consumer behavior, and how insurance companies can anticipate and successfully respond to emerging risks

On March 27, 2018, Christina Goldschmidt, VP of Customer Experience & Design at Cake & Arrow, will join a panel of experts and risk innovators at SVIA InsurTech Fusion: Enterprise Risk 2018 in San Francisco to speak about how megatrends are reshaping the nature of risk. This will be the second year in a row Goldschmidt has been invited to join the InsurTech Fusion lineup. The theme of this year’s conference is Commercial Insurance: Digital Innovation and Emerging Risks and will bring together commercial insurance innovators creating digital solutions to address emerging risks & requirements of enterprise customers.

“Millennials will soon comprise the majority of the population and will also be our country’s highest earners. As digital natives, they expect to interact with insurance companies in entirely new ways that are already creating new risks for consumers and enterprises, from the Gig Economy to the risks inherent in social media use” said Goldschmidt. “In my panel presentation, I’m excited to share how carriers and insurtechs can use the principles of UX and Design Thinking to better understand consumer behavior and anticipate and respond to new and emerging risks.”
