As a senior experience designer and project lead, Lisa plays many roles, but she’s happiest when she’s playing design researcher. Combining her innate curiosity about what makes people tick with an education in psychology, she excels at translating insights into better design decisions, and has helped to grow the C&A research practice into one of our core offerings. Aside from design research, she also has a keen interest in systems thinking, service design, and design ethics. Outside of work, she can be found blending digital and analog sounds in her solo music project, chopping vegetables from the farmers market, and researching her favorite complex system, the human mind and body.
