As Partner, Head of Client Services at Cake & Arrow, Jessica is responsible for the execution of all client services and manages the overall delivery operations of the company. Poised to deliver value for all of our clients, Jess is a strategic problem-solver who combines a strong understanding of customer needs with an equally deep understanding of business goals to build powerful well-equipped teams for all engagements.
Jess serves a leadership role within our New Business, Employee Experience, and Finance Departments, plays a pivotal role in the success of C&A’s partnerships, and thrives on being engaged at any level of our projects. An employee of Cake & Arrow since 2005, she has worked on projects ranging from pure strategy work to full end-to-end technical builds, has driven the evolution of our organic growth practices, and is committed to the integrity of C&A’s delivery methodology. Clients have included MetLife, Travelers, FragranceNet, DonorsChoose, Schwinn, Bose, Saks Fifth Avenue, KIND, Steiner Sports and Tourneau among others.
A native New Yorker, Jess is a self-declared Broadway theatre addict, with a growing collection of over 200 Playbills. A former NCAA Division I volleyball player, Jess genuinely believes in the power of team and brings an extra team-oriented focus from the court to our projects. Jess is a former elementary Swahili tutor, loves all things teal, and currently volunteers for Be My Eyes, an app that connects blind and low-vision people with sighted volunteers for visual assistance.
