Michael has 20 years of experience in Information Architecture, User Experience Design, and User Research across multiple industries. He has helped companies like MetLife, Citigroup, Bloomberg, Lowe’s, and The New York Times craft consumer and internal-facing apps and websites. He began his career in the entrepreneurial space, where he founded a digital design agency that received VC investment and was acquired. Michael lives in upstate NY and enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, and the outdoors.
