Caitlin is a Product Design Lead at Cake & Arrow, where she brings over 15 years of experience in digital design to the team. She specializes in creating user experience-driven solutions that balance functionality with creativity. Her work spans the full design process, from research & strategy to production & QA, with a strong emphasis on iterative and innovative interfaces. Collaborative by nature, Caitlin thrives in dynamic environments, working closely with high-performing teams across various industries.

Before joining Cake & Arrow, Caitlin worked with several leading digital agencies, advertising agencies, and seed-stage startups, addressing full-service user experience and product design needs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Pratt Institute.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her dog Grace, tinkering with hobby electronics, and creating miniature models.
