Sam is a Design Lead at Cake & Arrow, where he translates complex systems into clear, intuitive digital experiences. He specializes in design systems, accessibility, and product architecture, partnering closely with teams to create interfaces that are consistent, scalable, and welcoming to all users.

A former magazine creative director, Sam brings a strong visual perspective and editorial sense of storytelling to modern digital products. He has helped shape design systems and applications for organizations ranging from independent health nonprofits to Fortune 10 companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Design from the University of North Texas.

Outside of the office, Sam is an avid fly angler, paddler, and tennis player—and is happiest exploring the outdoors with family and friends.
