As an experience design lead, Alec wears many hats collaborating across departments to create seamless and pixel perfect experiences. He is passionate about exploring the intersection of design and business and crafting experiences that are a point of differentiation.

Previous to joining Cake & Arrow, Alec was the lead UX/UI designer at The Makery Group in Minneapolis, working with startups and small businesses in a variety of industries including, healthcare, agriculture, and e-commerce. He attended college at the University of Minnesota Duluth where he received a degree in graphic design and marketing.

Outside of work, he spends his time golfing, and frequenting music venues.
