Andrea has almost 20 years’ experience in project and program management on both business and IT sides of the table in everything from small boutique agencies to international corporate giants (Nike, Daimler, Autodesk) and mainstream film festivals.  An intuitive leader and adaptive problem solver, Andrea is a force when it comes to ensuring that a project efficiently and effortlessly reaches its most successful outcome.

Before her path led her to project management, Andrea spent her early career on the creative side of things in the Film and Television industry.  She is a multi-degree holder with degrees in English Literature, Communications/Theater, and Music and is currently in process to receive her Master of Arts from the University of Exeter.  Her background and experience in these fields continues to inform her work today, helping her to infuse her own unique perspective and style into the process.  Leading the project charge with creativity and critical thinking, Andrea believes strongly in collaboration over competition with a heavy focus on making the whole process fun.  Her motto:  No reason why we can’t enjoy ourselves while we’re killing it!

When she’s not hot on the trail of a project goal, she’s likely to be travelling the world on a new adventure, cozied up with a hot chai and some kind of media, tending her wild garden, working on a creative project, or wandering through a forest with her two sassy but super-lovable huskies.
